Privacy Policy

We collect what is needed to print and post your order and to run your account, and nothing for advertising.

What we collect

• Browsing: nothing that identifies you. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
• Account: your email address and a hash of your password, or, if you sign in with Google, the email address Google gives us.
• Orders: your name, phone number and delivery address, the designs and colours you chose, and the order's payment status.
• Email: we send account verification, password reset and order emails through a transactional email provider; we do not send marketing email.

How it is stored

Name, phone number and address are encrypted at rest on our own server in India. Payment details never reach us: the payment is completed on PhonePe, and we receive only its outcome.

Who it is shared with

India Post receives your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel. PhonePe processes the payment. Nobody else receives your data, and it is never sold.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in and holds your bag. It is not used for tracking.

Your rights

Write to hello@myearings.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Order records needed for tax purposes are kept for the period Indian law requires; everything else is deleted on request.
