Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• We ship anywhere in India, from New Delhi, by India Post.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout from your pincode and shown before you pay.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹749.
• Every pair is printed after you order it, so it leaves us once it has been printed, checked and packed rather than from stock. You will get an email when it is on its way.
• We do not currently ship outside India.

Returns

Because each pair is made to order in the colour you chose, orders are not returnable or cancellable once printing has begun. A pair printed in your colour cannot be sold to anyone else.

Damaged or wrong items

If a pair arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to hello@myearings.com with your order number and a photo as soon as it arrives. We will print you a replacement pair or refund the order, whichever you prefer.

Payments and refunds

Payments are taken through PhonePe (UPI, cards and net banking). Refunds go back to the payment method you used and are made through the same gateway.
